GhOne TV goes off-air as camera technicians boycott work

Excellence In Broadcasting Network (EIB) has over the past years lost some of its core members and big brains due to this unpaid salaries saga.

The likes of Berla Mundi, Giovanni Caleb, Anita Akuffo, Kemini Amanor, and likes have all left the media outfit over unpaid salary issues.

It has come to our(Ghpage.com) notice popular Ghanaian television station GhOneTv under EIB is in severe crisis due to the inability to pay workers their salaries due to them.

From sources of information gathered, at about 10:30 am on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, the GhOne tv channel went off-air as technicians who had reported to work decided to break transmission to send a message to the management of the company over their non-payment.

According to reports from a strong source their remunerations haven’t been paid for over 8 months, this the ( Workers) see is long overdue hence their action today to strike cutting live transmission.Not to forget the TV station has produced award-winning reporters with its brand of journalism that combines news and entertainment.
